He has had a long and successful career in organisational change working for some of the UK’s biggest businesses and leading the transformation and integration strategy for Bentley Motors after its separation from Rolls-Royce.

Paul has a PhD in organisational change and a background in occupational psychology that he has used to coach and advise senior leaders in major organisations around the world.

In his downtime Paul loves spending time with his horses and dogs – all of which are about the same size!
